“Esperienza unica. Si tratta di vari appartamenti con un parcheggio comune molto ampio e, la cosa positiva, è che vi è anche la presenza del cancello che da una sicurezza in più. Ho alloggiato per una settimana in questo trilocale, molto accogliente, carino e dotato di ogni comfort. La posizione è ottima, possiamo dire nel centro di Genova. Ogni mattina ci veniva consegnata la colazione e per qualsiasi problema il proprietario era sempre super disponibile. Purtroppo un mio “coinquilino” ha smarrito le chiavi, il proprietario è stato molto veloce a “soccorrerci” ed è stato davvero molto gentile in tutto. Consiglio assolutamente a tutti questi appartamenti, penso che siano tra i migliori di Genova!”

“Posizione molto centrale ma tranquilla, ottimo avere il parcheggio auto. È praticamente un minia-ppartamento super accessoriato e pulitissimo. Mancherebbe solo il microonde ma il proprietario ha detto che se ne avessimo avuto la necessità ce lo avrebbe procurato . Comodo avere unche un piccolo supermercato di fronte per le eventuali necessità e tanti negozi”

Паркинг бесплатный и прям около дома квартира чистая, полностью соответствует описанию ванная матрас, диван в гостиной кухня укомплектована плюс куча кофе, воды в холодильнике, печенье и другие мелочи здорово поднимают настроение реально советую остановиться до центра пешком минут 15 до моря 7-8”
“We booked the deluxe apartment that sleeps 5 and it was as shown in the picture. We love that the parking is free and secure, one thing less to worry about while we explore Genoa on foot. Claudio our host is very professional and friendly. He met us personally and showed us to the apartment. He also gave us some advice and a map of how we should walk to the old city center. There is a Carrefour Express right across the street, super convenient for getting some groceries and necessities. There are also some pizzerias close to the apartment that sell delicious pizza! I highly recommend this apartment to young families with children. =)”
